Seller was on the phone watching you tube videos or in the phone with family members or girl friend . It has now been approximately one month, and I have yet to receive any updates on the status of the repairs or a diagnosis of the problem. It is disheartening to be paying for a car that is not in drivable condition, which has compelled me to rent a another vehicle for my daily needs. It is quite frustrating that I have not been offered any reimbursement for the rental fees incurred during this period. I kindly request that you assume responsibility for the monthly payments on the car until it’s fixed, as well as reimbursement for the rental fees.
