I represent a consumer who purchased a lemon from them. Not only did the dealership sell him a bad car but refused to provide him with a copy of his file. My letter was not only ignored, but when I called to follow up they told me the Manager I directed it too was no longer working there as of that week. Huge surprise since they run this office in this manner. I spoke with manager Richard Vargas on a recorded line who agreed to take the car back and return my client's $2,000 down payment. He told me to tell my client to go in and ask for him. When my client went, they took the car, refused the return of the $2,000, telling him to come back on Monday and they would now deduct miles, etc. I told them that was not what was agreed and told my client to take the vehicle. Now the dealer refuses to give him back the car or the down payment and he was told to leave the premises for trespassing. He paid for a car and now they refuse TO RETURN THE CAR TO HIM OR HIS MONEY? If this is not theft I dont know what it is. I have called now 18 times and they either hang up on me or transfer me to voicemail or pretend they cant hear me. All on a recorded line. This is ludicrous. I am reporting them to the Chrysler Headquarters. BUYER AND CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!! More
