Caught the sales person lying about the Jeep we bought. In actuality, the Jeep came off a lease. After I got home, I discovered my Jeep on Cargurus with a lower base cost than the sales rep wrote it up for. The sales manager said I’d be sent a check for the difference. The sales rep didn’t know how to put the top down and seemed embarrassed to ask for help. When I got ready to drive off with the Jeep, he informed me that he only had one key. I said I’ve never bought a car that came with only one key. He promised to find it and send it to me. I’m still waiting for the check and the key. The whole experience was odd, to say the least. If I hadn’t loved the Jeep, I would have walked. More
