I had a horrible experience with their quick service on Saturday. I had an appointment for 8.:00 am. Just needed a new tire put on where the spare is. I have hazard insurance. I sat there 3 hours only Saturday. I had an appointment for 8.:00 am. Just needed a new tire put on where the spare is. I have hazard insurance. I sat there 3 hours only to find, they did not have my tire there in stock. They told me to leave my old tire and rim there. God forbid another flat that I’m 70 and don’t get off work until 10:00 pm. What kind of a dealership doesn’t have stock tires? Do I have to use another dealership for service that has tires on site? Plus I had an appointment and they took care of everyone who came after me. I was told that they had to get the okay that I had insurance on the tire. That’s great, but I told her when I got there that I had hazard insurance. She should have checked that right away instead of waiting almost 3 hours to check and blaming the delay on the insurance check. The damaged tire was on where the spare normally goes. They didn’t have to put it on a lift. I don’t like what I saw and I’ve never seen a service department so disorganized. They looked at my tire only after I complained to Mike in service. I’m very disappointed and I’ve only had my Jeep a few weeks. More
