Hollywood Chrysler Jeep was very helpful when the lift gate on my Wagoneer would not remain closed. The part needed to repair the lift gate had to be ordered. so the technician was able to get it closed b gate on my Wagoneer would not remain closed. The part needed to repair the lift gate had to be ordered. so the technician was able to get it closed but asked that I did not open the lift gate. Douze, my Service Advisor, told me that he would call me when the part was in and he did. When I brought my vehicle in, Douze took my vehicle to the technician and the lift gate was repaired just in time for a planned trip. I was able to use the lift gate to put my luggage and other things. I appreciate the willingness to satisfy the customer by doing their job with pleasure, Douze was honest by keeping his word to call me and most importantly, my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I had warranty, but since the tech wouldn't reach out to the warranty company to give them the cause of this malfunction, I ended up paying for it out of pocket.
