8 days for a diagnostic…. . absolutely unacceptable. I picked up my car before being seen because that is insane! I had ZERO communication on updates or a timeline. Nobody answers the phone, responds to voicemails or texts. Somehow the sales department were the only ones who tried to help the service department is NON-EXISTENT. I went to my other Jeep dealership and had a same day diagnostic, horrible experience. I understand busy or delays but communicate it !!!!!!! More

I waited over two hours before anyone even acknowledged my car. After that, I was told I’d need to leave it without being offered a loaner—despite it being under warranty.
