We take all customer feedback seriously; however, we must respectfully clarify several inaccuracies in this review to provide proper context. The vehicle in question was delivered as a pre-owned unit in its agreed-upon condition at the time of sale, including being provided with one key. At no point was there any intent to mislead or withhold information regarding the vehicle. After delivery, we made multiple good-faith efforts to assist in resolving the concerns raised. This included actively working to locate and secure a second key for the vehicle. Once located, we coordinated to have the additional key delivered directly to you—at no cost—ultimately saving you the expense of replacing a lost key. We understand the situation has been frustrating, but it is also important to note that our ability to fully resolve all concerns was impacted by challenges in communication and coordination on next steps. That said, our team remains fully committed to resolving this matter and reaching a fair outcome. We encourage you to contact our management team directly so we can continue working toward a resolution in a productive and cooperative manner

How do we discuss more in detail?? Brought 2023 Sedona in twice and both times was told that a known issue with black trim around windows was not covered even though the vehicle is still under factory warranty. Please let me know how to discuss. Thanks
