I had hard time to get to talk to service manager. Eventually I was given rental for 1 day. The result was I was told the AC setting ( factory setting ) was the core of the problem. 7 hours is a bit ridiculous also there were only one key I Wasent told that before also there was no owners manual in glove box.. Could have sped up the process I know we had to wait some time for my daugh I Wasent told that before also there was no owners manual in glove box.. He informed me of a deal, a few days ago, when I came in for an O&F change that you had (while supplies last) with buying 2 tires and getting two free w/ alignment. I already knew I needed new tires and I d for an O&F change that you had (while supplies last) with buying 2 tires and getting two free w/ alignment. I already knew I needed new tires and I did check around town for cost of 4 tires for my car elsewhere and Kia did have a pretty good deal going on. So I appreciate him informing me of this deal. Otherwise I would've waited til later and got them somewhere else, other than at a dealership, to be honest. As I had NEVER bought tires from any dealership before on any car I owned. More

Did not want to say their responsibility I want for a simple oil change and I left my car was pulled to the right eventually they fixed at the end of the day to get the job done by.
