I would NOT recommend Hollywood Kia to anyone. I purchased a 2024 Kia Soul from them, and since early on, the vehicle has had serious safety issues, including stalling at red lights. That alone More

Thank you for your response. However, your message feels like a generic apology and does not address the serious safety issues I have repeatedly reported. This vehicle has been unsafe to drive since the first week (around 300 miles), including stalling and loss of power. These are not minor concerns they are dangerous and put my safety at risk. I have already provided evidence and documentation of these issues, yet responsibility continues to be denied. At this point, I am asking for a clear answer: What is your plan to resolve this unsafe vehicle situation? I no longer feel safe driving this car and do not have confidence in continued repairs. I am seeking a proper resolution, not another general response. Please respond with specific next steps.
