Your generic response lacks any real substance or accountability. Hollywood Kia had ample time and opportunity to rectify this situation. I warned your team multiple times via phone calls, text messages and emails, yet you remained entirely inactive, failing to take any preventative or corrective action. It is clear you simply did not care about the outcome, and because of your gross negligence, my credit score took a severe hit.
