After 2 weeks and tiresome journeys, Yanelli Vargas, a tenacious and lovely Internet Sales Advisor called me and asked what I was interested in & put me in touch with her Internet Sales Manager Jessica Charles. I told Jessica I was looking for a 2020 Sportage EX with Premium Package..& I wanted to finance. She asked what price would make me happy....Jessica made me happy. In fact, I didn't believe her until I actually signed the deal. I made an appointment & was warmly greeted at the door by Jessica and her General Manager Steve Gutstein. They introduced me to my Sales Advisor Kermit Graham...Did I say "OUTSTANDING" Sales Advisor? Kermit was clear & precise about The Sportage and features, and during my demonstration, pointed things out that I would surely have missed. I went back to Jessica and thought for sure that the numbers we discussed would be higher...They were absolutely as promised . Now Hollywood is a 45 min ride from Delray Beach where I live, but service is everything, including the 3 year "Free" service. Because other dealerships closer to where I live did not provide anything close to my experience, I went with Hollywood. The color combo I wanted was more challenging. Silver with light interior... Would you believe my local dealership wanted to charge me to get the car? Hollywood got the car & Kermit drove it to Delray Beach to deliver it along with a comprehensive tutorial . Robert Pena gave me a fab deal on the cosmetic insurance & George from parts calle4d me to let me know the netting I was promised was on its way. To my point, I had a fabulous new car buying experience that included the Entire Village from Hollywood Kia. Let me also say...I LOVE MY CAR. More

About a week ago I talked to Sabine about getting a car. She put me in good hands with Micheal B. From the moment we met he was very nice and helpful.
