Dealership knew car was busted, sold to disabled vet anyway. I got 10 miles down the road and the service light came on. The steering wheel feels like it is going to fly off. The battery keeps dying. I went there for a car I saw online but they sold it and did not tell me it was sold. I needed this car to get to school but it is broke down so I have to ask for rides from people. This has put a strain on my friendships and my marriage. After hours on the phone Anything On Wheels told me they will not lift a finger to make this right. The chance the light came on for the first time moments after I bought it is pretty slim. Shame on you, I trusted you. More

After some research I changed my mind and voiced my concerns to Carlos. He took my concerns into consideration and gave me an even better deal than before. Carlos was respectful, knowledgeable, and I could see had my best interest at heart. Also, he didn’t haggle me for a sale like at other dealerships I went to. After I had all my documents ready to go and came in to finalize, Carlos had let me know in advance that he was out of town and Hector would be assisting me to finalize. Hector was just as respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. Hector was there for me for every single step of the finalization process and even accompanied me to my credit union to finalize more paperwork! Mitch (who I believe is the sales manager) also took the time aside to sit down with me and go over prices and discounts despite having already signed a retail agreement to get me the best possible deal. The manager was there and even he was extremely involved in the process as well.
