Customer Priority OUT THE DOOR This dealership has plenty of color and glitter on their page, including benefits of three year maintenance included etc, etc, etc. But the ONLY thing This dealership has plenty of color and glitter on their page, including benefits of three year maintenance included etc, etc, etc. But the ONLY thing they forgot to mention is that their MOTTO of Customers being their TOP PRIORITY is only when you can actually get financed or do business with them ... otherwise IF NOT, they will not even have the courtesy to just shoot you an email saying, Unfortunately we could not approve you at this time because of your income etc, etc perhaps if you get a co-signer we can look at other options. NO they just leave you hanging and never get back to you... since to them you're worthless they don't see the point in reaching out to you and treating you like a human being. I'm not new in the car buying process since I'm 55 yo, however you're never too old to recognize disregard and poor customer service and etiquette. And unfortunately HOLLYWOOD KIA happens to be a winner in providing them as well as everything else they promise you. BEWARE and DON'T BE SURPRISED! This is NOT the HOLLYWOOD HONDA of decades gone by. More

The Service manager, Scott is the best in the business and always makes time to stop by and say hello. On my recent visit Joshua Fifi was assigned as my service advisor and provided excellent care. He was extremely pleasant and addressed all of my needs quickly and efficiently. In today's busy and hectic world, it is such a wonderful experience to be treated like you matter. It is because of people like Scott and Joshua that we kept coming back. Also, wanted to give a nod to my salesman Carlton Hargrove. Great guy. Works hard to get you what you want without all the BS. I spoke to the GM Jonathan over the phone, a very straightforward business man that I love dealing with because I hate to waste time in dealers. As I drove into the dealer, I was greeted with the most heart warming welcome byLilian Smith who took me out on a test drive and handled the sale from start to finish. Not only was she patient and agreeable throughout the way, it was a pleasure seeing Lilian, Jonathan and their management smoothen out the process by saving me time for a sign and drive. After 30 minutes I wrapped it up with Robert from Finance who assisted me with a top-notch warranty program. Trust me when I tell you that I hate buying cars because of the lengthy process and games that dealers play, but this Kia dealer KNOWS how to get their deals right, which meant tons of savings on that unique car I was looking for, and more importantly they value your time and don't play games with you like the other guys. I'm already helping an international customer get a deal with them because they have access to cars that you can't find in any dealer, prices that are so ridiculous you only want to keep coming back for more. I became friends with literally their entire staff, everyone is so friendly and nice. Even Candy from their service department was so helpful with everything, it does not feel like your typical dealer, more like family. Oh and the best part, they have an awesome RawSome restaurant inside which has great healthy organic food with awesome tuna melt sandwiches and salads...makes it a pleasure to be around, you won't get bored being here!!! Going back on your word!!! I took my KIA Forte in for service (General Check up, spoiler paint, tune up recall items) . I was surprised to find out that Hollywood KIA did not ha I took my KIA Forte in for service (General Check up, spoiler paint, tune up recall items) . I was surprised to find out that Hollywood KIA did not have a Courtesy Car to use as we just did the same thing with our Subaru Forester also. Service manager finally agreed to rent us a car at Enterprise Rent a Car that they are affiliated with. My car was not ready after the day they quoted and the service manager said he would not pay for another day of the rental. After bickering back and forth the service manager agreed to rush my paint job if I agreed to have the rental car back by 6 PM and I agreed. Little did I know that when I got an an alert from American Express that I was charged for $35 which concerned me as I did not charge anything from Enterprise. I called American Express to cancel my card and get a new one as I thought someone had gotten my card number and disputed the claim with American Express. After research I found out the KIA of Hollywood would not pay the rental after agreeing to pay if I brought the car back by 6 PM as we agreed and Enterprise automatically charged me, that's why I got the alert. I usually do not write letters nor will the $35 break my bank account, but i don't think that a rude and untrue service manager should get away with this. I live near Hollywood KIA and I am happy with car but I will never buy a car from them and have so many service issues like this again. More

His customer service was impeccable from explanations to technical knowledge. He stayed personally involved to guarantee a thoughtful and thorough process management. .....His commitment and skills earned a rating "6 out of 5." ........Were I to give two recommendations to potential customers, the first would be to review finance contracts carefully. If you are new to the process, consider bringing a knowledgeable friend. Read everything and don't rush. .......My second recommendation would be to choose a company like Hollywood Kia. There is a great team who maintain the company's commitment to "no dealer fees," added electronic filing fees, or other deftly hidden and unhappy surprise costs. And, remember to ask for Vitalii Koroliuk. More
