Great overall experience I was at a few dealerships prior to going to Hollywood Kia and was shocked that no one came out to greet us. It’s not even that they were busy. When w I was at a few dealerships prior to going to Hollywood Kia and was shocked that no one came out to greet us. It’s not even that they were busy. When we got to Hollywood Kia greeted within the first few minutes. Our salesman Al was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and showed us everything they had plus some options. Our trade wasn’t worth as much as we thought it would be because of a misleading carfax we were given during purchase. However, the manager, I don’t recall his name, really worked with us to get us a price we were comfortable with. The only thing I would say was negative about the whole experience was the advertisement of the free maintinece for 3 years. When I had initially asked if there was a cap on the oil changes I was told no. You could get however many you needed. However, when we finalized the sale we were informed we only get 2 a year. That’s still better than nothing and it probably wouldn’t have affected our sale but it’s still good to be up front about those details. Overall we had an amazing experience and are so happy with our purchase. More
