He was incredibly responsive and took the time to thoroughly explain the services my car needed, as well as the details behind the recalls. Brandon was quick to locate the necessary parts to replace my broken trims and moldings, ensuring there were no delays. What really stood out was his extra effort to make the process as convenient as possible for me. He arranged an Uber for me to get back home after dropping off my car and to return to the dealership for pickup. On top of that, he personally called me when my car was ready, walking me through everything that had been done. The communication was seamless throughout. Overall, Brandon's professionalism, efficiency, and customer-focused approach made this a five-star experience.
