I visited the Kia dealership, Rick Case Kia in Sunrise that I normally go to, to look at a Kia Stinger, but unfortunately it was sold before I could test drive it. So, I looked at Hollywood Kia and to my that I normally go to, to look at a Kia Stinger, but unfortunately it was sold before I could test drive it. So, I looked at Hollywood Kia and to my luck (what I though was my luck, which turned into a nightmare ), one was in stock. I stopped in to look at the car on Friday night 11/8 and a sales rep took me for a test drive. I really liked the car, but the numbers were out of my budget, so I left. That same night Alex, the General Sales Manager reached out to me and sent me a text stating he wanted to see how he can help me and to give him a call, which I did. I arrived on Saturday 11/9 and test drove the car again. I did notice that the car had an engine warning light, and I asked about it and they said not to worry, and it would be taken care of. In the mist of the back and forth trying to get the number that would be within my budget for me to purchase the car, I get an alert that the dealership has pulled my credit without my approval/ authorization or even being provided a final purchase price for the car. Which is totally against the Fair Credit Act. Nevertheless, the Finance manager came back to speak with me and said he can keep the payment under a specified amount… which was not the case , as he came back with a different number, by a couple of dollars. However, I agreed to the purchase price and the dealership began the paperwork. I advised my sales rep, Devin Duran that I would come back to sign later that day, as I was not able to wait. I returned and they did not have any of my paperwork ready. I agreed to come back on Sunday, 11/10 to finally sign for my car. When I sat down to begin the process, they advised that the car need to have work done and I was not able to take it that day, as they found a crack in the windshield, and they had to replace the sensors that I had mentioned when I originally test drove the car. Nonetheless I traded my car in, and they advised that my Stinger would be ready on Tuesday 11/12. I called on Tuesday and the car was still not ready and to this day I am sill waiting on my car that I signed the closing documents for on 11/10. Not to mention they don’t actively reach out to me with status on my car.. I am the one that has been contacting the dealership. I feel like I made a horrible mistake purchasing my car from Hollywood Kia and this feel like I have been sold a Lemon. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a car NOT to visit Hollywood Kia. Their practices feel descriptive. Once they have your money.. they don’t care about the customer after. More
I waited 1 hour just to speak to an advisor and I had a 7:30 appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. From there it was another hour and a half to wait as they let others with later appointments go ahead. This is the second time servicing my car there the first time there was no organization as well. To wait 1 hour just for an advisor when you have an appointment makes zero sense. More

My sales associate Samir was amazing! I highly recommend him. I have had an awful experience with my trade in. I traded my car in and it’s been 3 weeks and my loan still isn’t paid off: I highly recommend him. I have had an awful experience with my trade in. I traded my car in and it’s been 3 weeks and my loan still isn’t paid off: I have had to call kia many times and call my lender numerous times. It’s really frustrating. Hollywood Kia sat on the paperwork for 2 weeks. In the meantime I paid a payment on a car I traded in and now have to deal with an overpayment. I should have used CarMax. I don’t suggest trading your car into Kia unless you want to spend weeks calling and following up. More
