Poor service, waited more than an hour to be checked in with an appointment. I had to ask why I was not seen after realizing that I had been forgotten. When I called to make the service appointment the rep with an appointment. I had to ask why I was not seen after realizing that I had been forgotten. When I called to make the service appointment the rep on the phone never asked for my phone number to send the appointment confirmation. Today, I received a threatening letter in the mail stating that I am pass due my first service for the new car. I am very upset about this. It seems that the record of the service was not communicated or logged in your system. This is my 3rd KIA and I am disappointed with this unprofessional level of service. What happened to Hollywood KIA.? More

I waited 1 hour just to speak to an advisor and I had a 7:30 appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. From there it was another hour and a half to wait as they let others with later appointments go ahead.
