I must say The service advisors are always very kind! I love working with Chris Watson when I go in. Umar is a great advisor as well. In regards to the service on my car…. I’ve picked up my car for it to smell of straight smoke. I’ve picked up my car to see items taken out of my armrest and not put back in the correct place. When I had my engine replaced I picked up my car and examined the work done only to find gloves left behind, sitting right on top of the engine. When my starter went out before I went to Kia, my mechanic and the AAA worker who towed my car both examined my car and said it was my starter (all within 10minutes). Kia had to run a 2hr diagnostic at 159/hr to tell me that it was my starter. Then to put in my starter the grand total would’ve cost me a little over $700 dollars. Ridiculous! I must say that I’ve run into a lot of issues but also understand this is a business and money matters more than loyal customers. More
