Chuck Loader took good care of us in getting an appointment scheduled. Mike Hasselman did a great job of getting the tailgate sensor installed in a very timely manner. Mike is the best! Helped me last summer when the plate under the front of my car started dragging while trying to drive home on a long road trip. They were basically closed, but Chuck helped me anyway. Great customer service. My 2013 GMC 3500HD driver door would not open. I tried to repair it myself and couldn't get the door lock to release. Called Holm's and made an app My 2013 GMC 3500HD driver door would not open. I tried to repair it myself and couldn't get the door lock to release. Called Holm's and made an appointment over the phone. Dropped the vehicle off one day early and they were able to get it in one day earlier than they originally told me. Steve Schiltz called and explained the issue. I had already purchased the repair part myself and left it in my vehicle. Holm's was able to use the part I purchased and repaired the door. Steve was able to text me a link to pay online. (super convenient) I wasn't able to pick the truck up during working hours so they parked my vehicle, locked the doors and we agreed on a place to leave my keys so I could pick it up in the evening. Thank you to the service team and mechanics at Holm's Automotive for the quick work. More
