I was looking for a dealership service department and Holm came highly recommended, so I gave them a try and have not been disappointed. I've been back a few times and they will continue to have my business. I appreciate the customer service ambiance they create, everyone there is polite and personable. Lance in service has been great - he takes his time to ensure that the customer is well taken care of from explaining the diagnosis and options to ensuring satisfaction of outcome. Extended repair? No problem - Do you want to wait, get a ride or take a loaner (on the house). Need you or your vehicle picked up? All a standard aspect of their service that I've yet to find elsewhere, and it is incredibly helpful when trying to schedule around life. Aside from the competent servicing of the vehicle it's all the other "little things" that add up to be big things that will keep me coming back. More

I came to Holm Automotive with a flat tire. I was traveling on the Interstate 70 and stopped to get a bit to eat. When I left McDonald's my front let tire was flat. Holm Automotive was across t I was traveling on the Interstate 70 and stopped to get a bit to eat. When I left McDonald's my front let tire was flat. Holm Automotive was across the street. They determined a new tire was needed but the correct size was not available in Abilene. Steve Schiltz worked with me to get a loaner so that I could complete my trip to Topeka for a funeral. They said they could have new tires for me the next day. I received a message early the next morning that my vehicle was ready to go. Latter in the day, I returned the loaner, paid my bill and was on my way. Everyone at the dealership was most courteous. I could not have been treated better. There was no extra charge for the loaner car. Since I live several hours from Abilene, it is very unlikely that I will purchase a vehicle from them. If I lived close, I would consider doing business with Holm Automotive. More

Chuck Loader took good care of us in getting an appointment scheduled. Mike Hasselman did a great job of getting the tailgate sensor installed in a very timely manner. Mike is the best!
