My husband’s truck was fixed and looks great, but Holm Automotive had it for an entire month-from June 1st to June 29th. We didn’t get a loaner until the last week they had it. I would get a text message that said the vehicle was in paint. When I called to ask how many more days, they said it was not in paint, so the automated texting system was wrong (on multiple occasions, so I just started ignoring the texts). They told me the roof was off, so they were going to detail the truck before we got it back since there was a lot of dust, but it looked like someone just swiped off the top dash really fast. There was quite a bit of dust that we had to wipe down. We were just disappointed in the amount of time it took to fix the vehicle. I just hope your company understands that having someone’s vehicle for that long costs the owner. My husband lost out on 3 tree trimming jobs because he didn’t have his truck. We are thankful to have the truck fixed, and it looks great, but being without that vehicle for 4 full weeks didn’t seem right. (When we dropped the vehicle off on the evening of Sunday, May 31st, we were greeted by Tim. He went above and beyond to take the keys, so we didn’t have to figure out the key drop off. We were thankful for that kind interaction.) More

While on vacation, I was having and issue with the key fob and thought that the battery needed replacement and stopped at a local convenient store to buy a new one. Upon opening the key fob, several piece fob and thought that the battery needed replacement and stopped at a local convenient store to buy a new one. Upon opening the key fob, several pieces fell to the floor and the "key" would not lock into position. I remembered there was a Chevy dealer near the exit off the highway and stopped at the service department for help. It was a Saturday morning and didn't know what to expect. I met with Chuck Loader, who was able to replace the pieces that were missing from a key fob he had on hand. and also made sure that I got a new battery and replaced it for me. Being All at no charge. I was truly grateful that I saw this dealership and Chuck was able to help. I really appreciated his professionalism. Thank you, Chuck! More
