The process went very smooth for the test, drive and negotiations. I really enjoyed working with the sales team, I can honestly say I’ve never seen a vehicle, so cleaned and detailed. That being said we were a cash offer and it shouldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes to wrap up the process but I waited for more than an hour and a half to sign 10 minutes worth of paperwork and write a check. I can say that’s probably the only thing I can complain about. But that wasn’t Frank’s fault since he already had an appointment scheduled but I feel like there probably could be more done on the backend to make that process a little more efficient. More
