I have been using this service center for the last few years. They have been very thorough with the service and maintenance of my vehicle keeping me updated on upcoming and needed repairs. When I purchased my vehicle in July 2023, I was promised 2 yrs of free oil changes entire rotations. The last time I was in, October 2024, I was told it was actually just for 4 oil changes over a 2-year per 2 yrs of free oil changes entire rotations. The last time I was in, October 2024, I was told it was actually just for 4 oil changes over a 2-year period. This is definitely not what I was told when I bought my car. I drive a lot, and need to change my oil about every 3 months, which would equate to eight changes. I have already used my four. I am not happy about this. If the policy changed after I bought my car, I think I should have been grandfathered in with the 2 years of unlimited. More
