My experience was exceptional. I couldn’t say enough good. The first dealer I visited earlier in the morning wouldn’t even talk to us, we never even got out of the car because he w I couldn’t say enough good. The first dealer I visited earlier in the morning wouldn’t even talk to us, we never even got out of the car because he was so rude and dismissive. We nearly gave up and went home, but Holm GMC had a truck in their inventory that was what I looking for. We perused the lot for about 10 minutes and then we met Owen. We explained our situation, and our desired payment range, and he went to work trying to make it happen. Everything worked out wonderfully. Owen genuinely seemed like he cared more about helping us out than making a buck. The overall dealership experience felt more welcoming than pressured like most car buying endeavors I have experienced in the past. I cannot say enough good. Lifelong customer here if everything works out that way. More

We were met on the lot by sales staff Brandon, who inquired about our needs. He wasn't pushy as are some sales staff, 'but professional and actually listened to what we wanted. We test drove a vehicle and went back on a Saturday and bought it. Doing the paperwork with Business Manager Gavin was effortless and the whole experience enjoyable. If I need future vehicle needs I would strongly consider business again with Holm. More

The dealership was very thorough in getting needed info for financing and transfer of ownership . This might not have been possible but would have preferred to know about the ceramic coating option before for financing and transfer of ownership .
