Holm Buick GMC - Service Center

First time I have used the service department. I was not impressed. I had more trouble with my vehicle when I got it out of the shop then when I took it to Holm. I was told the part I needed wa I was not impressed. I had more trouble with my vehicle when I got it out of the shop then when I took it to Holm. I was told the part I needed was obsolete. I found a local repair shop that found the part, ordered it, and installed it. Truck is fixed. The service advisor assigned to me at Holm’s had little personality, I was not offended by his foul language but it showed his unprofessional nature. Not real sure he cared whether my vehicle was repaired or not. I really don’t know what the consumer is going to do in the future. New vehicles are only affordable to fewer people nowadays and the cost of repairing older vehicles is too high when they are fixed, and if they come out of the shop unrepaired one is still expected to pay the full bill. Most consumers use a repair shop thinking their vehicle will be repaired, but if it can’t be repaired it seems it’s the customer’s fault and the customer owes us anyway. More
