The door to door service was great but that was about it. My car got picked up earlier than scheduled which was fine but I was told that it was going to be done by 2pm but the car wasn’t returned back to me My car got picked up earlier than scheduled which was fine but I was told that it was going to be done by 2pm but the car wasn’t returned back to me until 5pm. The service department communicated with me once they received my car and even sent me a video of the inspection. But after the initial communication they did not communicate with me until I had to call them myself to find out when the car would be finished when they had said it was going to be done by 2pm. Once I did get the car back I noticed that they also didn’t wash it like they said they would. For the amount of time that they kept my car the least thing they could have done is washed it. Customer service is everything these days and this specific dealership lacks it! I’m very disappointed and will not be returning! More
