Terrible. Give appointments but don't prioritize the vehicles by appointment. I was offered a 7am 8am or 9am appointment and because I had another appointment to get to at 11:30 I took the 7am one. But at 9:20 I went to check progress and my vehicle hadn't been started on! I told the advisor that I wanted to inspect the hoses connections after the job is done. She came to get me when it was done and I asked why it wasn't on the rack so I could look at it. She told me the tech had too many cars around to do that. xx! I'll never spend another dime there. I've bought a few vehicles there but never again. I told the advisor I wanted to inspect the connections after the tech finished because I was planning to take my family out of town in the vehicle so I need to verify the repairs were done correctly. She told me the tech had other vehicles around and it was a safety issue, that they don’t allow customers in the shop. I use to be a shop Forman at Acura so I’m well aware of what’s possible. Josh went the extra mile helping me every step of the way getting me financing, helping me find insurance, and just being available at times that suited my schedule. He looked up insurance companies to get m getting me financing, helping me find insurance, and just being available at times that suited my schedule. He looked up insurance companies to get me coverage and helped me get a good rate, was willing to sit on hold with an insurance company for around 30 minutes, he called different banks instead of just going online/through email and helped me secure financing. It was a really good experience. Josh was very helpful and willing to go out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and I had everything I needed. 5 stars; would recommend. More
