I told the advisor that I wanted to inspect the hoses connections after the job is done. She came to get me when it was done and I asked why it wasn't on the rack so I could look at it. She told me the tech had too many cars around to do that. xx! I'll never spend another dime there. I've bought a few vehicles there but never again. She told me the tech had other vehicles around and it was a safety issue, that they don’t allow customers in the shop. I use to be a shop Forman at Acura so I’m well aware of what’s possible. Josh went the extra mile helping me every step of the way getting me financing, helping me find insurance, and just being available at times that suited my schedule.
