I generally do not like dealing with car dealerships. You always walk away feeling like you got ripped off, or taken advantage of. So, as I walked into Homer Skelton Ford this past week, it was with dre You always walk away feeling like you got ripped off, or taken advantage of. So, as I walked into Homer Skelton Ford this past week, it was with dread of what was to come. Imagine my surprise when I was completely blown away by the friendly staff at this dealership. I was immediately met at the door by the Sales Manager, who's name I should remember but I am ashamed to say that I do not, and I was welcomed to the dealership. When the manager could not find a salesperson who was available at that moment, he simply took me himself to look at the vehicle that I was interested in. At no time did I feel like I was wasting his time or that he was not completely interested in helping me. When I told him that I was going to go home and think about it, he thanked me for coming in and did not pressure me in any way. The next day, I returned to buy the car. I was met by the salesman, Joseph McAlexander, who was just as nice as the manager from the night before. Mr. McAlexander was nothing but helpful and again did not pressure me in any way to buy the vehicle. When the deal was made, I was taken into the finance office where I was expecting the usual rush of papers and signing things that you are not completely sure about. Again, I was blown away by the friendly finance manager by how helpful he was. At no time did I feel rushed or did I sign a paper that I was not 100% sure about. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership and I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else from now on. Thank You Homer Skelton Ford for taking pride in what you do, and taking care of your customers the way they should be taken care of !!! More

Initially, I went to Wolfchase Ford, the incentatives was up to 6k, they only wanted to give me 4, 900K and did not work with me on the pricing options.
