Walked in Friday afternoon to look at Honda Pilots. They told me I couldn't look or test drive without an appointment. There were no other customers in the building, let alone it was pouring rain. I had g told me I couldn't look or test drive without an appointment. There were no other customers in the building, let alone it was pouring rain. I had gone into two other dealers in the same town and had no issues. Walked out. Didn't even offer to take me name or anything. Worst customer service ever. More
