They both answered all my questions and followed up with me quickly and thoroughly. 4 reasons for the 5 star rating: Great Deal -Autosport gave me an extremely competitive quote Fantastic Service - All questions answered quickly and thoroughly. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with. No gimmicks or hassles. This goes for Wes in the Finance Department as well. Thorough - Damian spent as much time as I needed during my test drive explaining all the car's features. Same with the car overview after purchase. All steps of the lease were explained, in depth, as well. In addition, Wes in Finance was a pleasure to deal with. Efficient - I didn't waste a lot of time. No sales pitches on things I did not need. Beware this dealership stay away Looking for a car for my daughter. First, went to another dealership for a 2019 CRV to lease.Second stop Autosport Honda and Nate Daniels. I had previ Looking for a car for my daughter. First, went to another dealership for a 2019 CRV to lease.Second stop Autosport Honda and Nate Daniels. I had previously purchased a car at this dealership 6 years ago.Nate initially quoted me a down payment 40 percent higher on the monthly payment and 75 percent higher on the down payment. The cars had the same MSRP. I informed him of the offer from the other dealership and he was quick to match the deal.We said that is not good enough. He came back with another offer which we said no to. Then disappeared and came back with a third offer. We accepted , signed the contract and gave him a considerable down payment. We are getting ready to leave and will pick the car up on Monday. Out of the blue, the phone rings and he says the deal in not good. Excuse me, we signed on the dotted line, you made 3 counter offers, took our deposit, and you are reneging on the deal.We politely asked to speak with the sales manager whom had zero empathy, and or concern about a previous customer. he stated go buy a car elsewhere.I have bought and leased many a car and never experienced anything so sleazy, slimy or unprofessional as this. Do not give them business, there are many Honda dealerships whom are honorable. More
