Visited another dealership to test drive; salesman there was very gung-ho about getting me to sit down and talk deal, even though I indicated I wasn't ready. Ultimately was too pushy (very old school sales for a young salesman) and said some things that didn't make sense (like it would cost $300 extra if they had to get a car from another dealership). Decided to check options in Bellevue. Even though they didn't have any cars on the lot with the trim I desired, they said "no problem, let's see if we can agree on a price, then we'll find the car for you". Settled on a price that my research indicated was fair to me, although they'll still make money (no doubt). Brian & Rachel, although new salesmen, did a good job of letting me dictate the pace at which I wanted to shop & then negotiate (over several visits); Tony was very open in the negotiation phase as Sales Mgr; really easy to deal with - no pressure at all. Tari pointed out two ways for me to save an extra $1500 as we finalized the paperwork. When I need another Honda, I'll go there first next time and will tell all my friends about them. More

2016 CRV purchase Noz was very polite and helpful. We did everything over the phone and it made the process so much less stressful. Over all the experience was good and will keep this dealership in mind when the time comes to get another vehicle. They also offered the best price on the CRV compared to the other 2 Honda stores in town. More

Simply Marvelous! When I met Rachel at the dealership, she came out into the lot and walked up to me with a big smile, but not overbearing. She was nice to me and she was nice to my entire family. She made no promises except that she would try and steer me the right way. Her manager Cheryl was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about buying cars. Also she got me a great deal that will definitely bring me back to Honda in a year or so when my credit is even better. My wife said it was a fantastic experience and they were both friend, inviting, courteous, professional and really listened to us and appreciated our needs. They both deserve a bonus! :-) More
