First term buyer Review Upon my arrival in Bellevue I was ill prepared to finance a vehicle. Searching the internet for vehicles within my small price range I came across a nice looking Cobalt. I failed to set up a appointment with my appointed seller and just showed up on a Friday afternoon. My original seller was out but Eli Covarrubias stepped up to assist me with a smile on his face. After viewing the vehicle and taking a test drive, it was decided the vehicle would be mine. As ill prepared as I was Eli offered transportation to complete all my loan paperwork since I was unable to pay at this time. After several trips back and forth I had the money to make the final purchase. The process lasted four business days and not once did I receive a negative vibe from Eli. Excellent service with a smile, easy to talk with, caring cars salesman. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle new or used and will do business with again. More

When I left, I had a good deal on a Honda Civic. No hard sell or sleazy sales tactics here. I especially recommend this establishment to other women car buyers who fear being ripped off by an unscrupulous salesman who knows that many of us don't feel very comfortable negotiating in this setting. Faiz Nasulloev - Great Experience I initially went to Toyota to test drive their cars. I wasn't 100% sold. I decided to go to Honda instead. As soon as I sat down in the car, I was extremely impressed. Faiz was the gentleman who helped me. When I was at Toyota, I was extremely turned off by the salesman working with me. Faiz impressed me and made me feel good about moving forward with the car I wanted. He walked me through everything, checked my credit, and worked with me to match my current car payment. It was the most relaxed sales experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. I had yet to find a salesman that made the situation comfortable. Faiz changed that quickly; he changed my mind and I am so thankful that he helped me because he had such a positive attitude, a great sense of humor, and very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing.
