Awesome I went to the dealership on Monday and met Fas and looked at the CRV. Since I wanted to drive another car before committing to a purchase, I left. I totally wasted my time and gas and ended up returning that afternoon. This is the most laid-back dealership I have ever been to. When I returned on Monday, Fas was tied up and asked TJ Hamilton to assist me. TJ was great. Very honest about what would be best for me. I put a down payment on the car (which had to come from Lincoln) and left. I returned on Wednesday to pick up the car. TJ did a great job explaining everything on the car and Cheryl Oxner was very honest and knowledgeable about which an extended warranty would be a good idea. I decided to follow her recommendation. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Honda Cars of Bellevue through service. More
