Best salesman I've been buying cars from these Honda Cars of Bellevue for 11 years. I've been buying Hondas for 21 years. I got lucky and ran into one of the best I've been buying cars from these Honda Cars of Bellevue for 11 years. I've been buying Hondas for 21 years. I got lucky and ran into one of the best salesman, Faizullo Nasrulloev. He impressed me. I went in to buy a Civic LX and he sold me on the EX. The dealership has always been good but Faz was a genuine guy who showed me the ins and outs of both models without pressuring me. I had a great experience. If you want a Honda, go talk to Faz and he will take care of you. And BTW, the service department is outstanding. I haven't gone anywhere else because I know I'm getting the best service in town. Thank you for another great Honda experience. LOVIN' IT!! More

My salesman Dave G. was very professional and helpful, he made sure to answer my questions and made it pleasant to work with him. Tari was very helpful as well with the financing and warranty information explaining everything I needed to know prior to making the sale final. It was a great experience from the time I went to look at the car up to my final drive away. I am very satisfied with my new 2015 Honda Accord Sport. Overall it was a great experience working with them I would recommend visiting this dealership. More

Awful Expierience I had an appt to take in my Crv for noon on a Monday. My car was not looked at until Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I was told that the catylytic convert I had an appt to take in my Crv for noon on a Monday. My car was not looked at until Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I was told that the catylytic converter heat shield needed to be replaced. They said it was not covered under the warranty. I wanted to call around to check prices before they did the repairs so I told them I would call back to let them know if I wanted them to do the work. I called them 15 minutes later and agreed to them doing to work. At 3:30 in the afternoon I called them to see when my car would be done. They said they had not worked on the car because I never called them back. I explained that that was not true and was rudely told, "well I never got the message." I picked my car up at 5:30 on Tueday after them having my car for a day and a half. The service guy who checked me out never apologized for the wait or the poor communication on their part. He gave me my told and said "we think the heat guard was the problem but if we were wrong let us know." I was then given the bill. I will never buy a car from this dealership or take my car to their service department again. More

Our salesman Baha wa I recently purchased an Accord, the experience was painless and the people at Honda Cars of Bellevue were courteous and helpful. Our salesman Baha was a joy to work with. I'd been driving an Accord and my experience with that car and the service department at this dealership was second to none. All of my maintenance was completed at HCoB with the exception of 1. I knew after the 1 experience at another dealership that all future maintenance would be done at Honda Cars of Bellevue. I would highly recommend this dealership Baha Muminov and Tony Sorensen. Tari Brewer was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the finance, licensing and warranty information. Thanks Honda Cars of Bellevue for all you do. More
