Nozim Sharipov gave me all information I wanted to know about changes in the 2015 CRV EX-L model, and outlined special new features of which I had no prior knowledge. Cheryl Oxner processed the stack of paperwork like a whiz, and yet managed to convey needed information about financing, car values and financial terms. I work as an accountant and so I could appreciate the amount of paperwork she needed to process in a short time.
