Not rushed and my time frame valued In 2 months, test drove 9 vehicles from 7 dealerships. Told everyone my elongated time frame and expectations. I was test driving and researching ea In 2 months, test drove 9 vehicles from 7 dealerships. Told everyone my elongated time frame and expectations. I was test driving and researching each vehicle that fit my criteria, then 2 or 3 months down the road purchase the winner. I wasn't in a hurry. Within 24 hrs of those test drives, 6 dealers called, text and e-mailed atleast 3 times a day. None of them I answered. The next day same thing again but their text and emails seemed more insistant for a response. I wasn't going to be bullied. This was my thing to do for me. I'll get to it when I am ready. Chris text me 5 days after my test drive with him and asked how I felt that drive went. He has been patient with me and understanding that I am not going to be rushed. That hasn't put him off like some of the other dealers. Out of all the dealers that I dealt with, I absolutely liked Chris better. He took the time before we went on the drive to show me what every little button on the steering wheel, dashboard and monitor ment. Everyone else sort of did that while I was driving. His style makes sense. Now if the other dealers did exactly what he did, well the choice could've been more difficult. He is very thorough in getting the customer to understand the vehicle they are looking ats capability. He will quickly admit what he doesn't know and will find someone right away who does. Not so at the other dealers. More
