Great Experience The last time my family bought a vehicle it was a terrible experience that made us not want to speak to another car salesperson again. We got the "bai The last time my family bought a vehicle it was a terrible experience that made us not want to speak to another car salesperson again. We got the "bait and switch" method from the previous dealers and they weren't willing to work with us on our trade-in or price. So, while we were looking to trade in our used Dodge, we were leary about contacting any dealer. I found this 2014 Nissan online and expressed my interest in it. Initially, Jake had contacted me about the vehicle, but I was still not ready to go see it. With my family's busy schedule, we waited a week or two before we decided to make time to test drive the Nissan. When we got there, a sales person came right out. Typically, I dislike it when a salesperson is right outside your vehicle to greet you. However, Kevin was different. We had our three kids with us and he was patient with us that evening, and patient with us the whole time while trying to purchase the Nissan. We ran into some small challenges to be able to purchase the vehicle, but again, Kevin was patient with us. Kevin also was willing to work with us on price. The price was over our budget and he actually worked with us. Even though we paid a little more than what we wanted to, his customer service and patience helped us seal the deal with him. They also gave us an offer on our Dodge that we were hoping to trade in (another dealer we had spoken with flat out told us he wasn't going to give us anything for it). The next time we are needing to purchase another vehicle we will not hesitate to contact Kevin and Honda Cars of Bellevue. Wow! I can't believe I said I wouldn't hesitate to contact a car dealer! I got a call from Deb (my wife) telling me she found a car she liked. Needless to say I was on my the road in less than a minute. Oh boy I thought, I knew Kevin was gonna rip her off. I went down to save her. Holy cow, this is going to be an all day event. Boy was I wrong! Deb wanted the car, Kevin wanted to sell her the car. Easy right? Yep, we quickly agreed on a price for her trade in, the new car and the terms. Don't think we are rookies at new car buying. In our 50 plus years, we've done this many times. We are no push overs.
