He even came in on his day off to work with my wife on choosing an exact car, drove across town to pick up the car, drove it back, and stayed until the transaction was complete. He spent time with my wife showing her the details of her new car. Even after working most of the day on his day off, at no time did I feel rushed and I never felt like Kevin was rushing through anything. His customer service and fairness was greatly appreciated.
