After working with Tony Sorensen and Kevin Maun, it was a fairly easy process and I felt I received a fair deal on my trade-in and my purchase of the new Honda Pilot. Kevin was very easy to work with and I felt he was very honest with my in my process to finally buy the new vehicle. Kevin had very good recommendations on the 'extras' I was looking at with the Honda Pilot as well. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD Kevin Maun came out, in the 24-degree weather, to my car as I pulled up to the dealership and inquired if he could he help me. As it happened I had been considering the Honda CR-V which I had shopped for through the Auto Navigator finance program at Capital One. Kevin immediately got the car I was considering, which was very clean and offered a test drive. Kevin walked me through everything I signed and remembered to bring me the CarFax report I had asked him about initially. Kevin was patient and very customer focused. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better; Kevin introduced me to Chyrlyn Alvarado, who may be related to my beloved friend, Brenda Arellano Alvarado. Chyrlyn walked me through all the financing paperwork, organized all my copies and put them in an envelope for me and was as gracious as anyone I have ever met. Kevin used scotch tape to secure the in-transits signs on the car; which will not leave adhesive on the car window. Kevin, was working with a customer's appointement and had arranged for me to work with Tony Sorensen , who was just as friendly and customer focused as Kevin and Chrylyn. Truth be told, there were two other cars I was considering purchasing at other dealerships. I found the pricing and service so superior at this dealership that I knew my experience could not be duplicated elsewhere and purchased this car during my initial visit to the dealership. Honda Cars of Bellevue not only beat the other two local dealership pricing, but also found financing that beat our bank's! Once we did our homework, Bellevue was able to get the vehicle of choice at a cost and financing that we wanted. More

Purchased a vehicle I had been internet shopping and wanted another Honda, as it is a great brand. I "chatted" with Sales Manager Bryan Kelly via the Honda/Bellevue we I had been internet shopping and wanted another Honda, as it is a great brand. I "chatted" with Sales Manager Bryan Kelly via the Honda/Bellevue website and arranged to test drive a specific vehicle in a few hours. Chat session was easy and he answered a few upfront questions. When I arrived at 5:30 p.m., the vehicle was at the front door, warming up and the sales representative Eli Covarrubias was waiting beside the car. Impressed from the start! After a brief discussion, took the test drive and came back to get into the details of a possible purchase. He welcomed my suggestion for a second test drive. Fair trade for my Civic, easy transaction with Eli who was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Eli represents this dealership and the community in a superb manner. Finance/signature process was thoroughly reviewed and Tari Brewer was also professional and efficient. One of the best, seamless sales experiences I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure, great listening skills and I made a nice deal for a used, fully loaded Honda with low miles. Drove away smiling with a pristine, fully fueled and beautiful vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership, the personnel and the fact they are ready to chat via the website, also. I look forward to future experiences with servicing the vehicle and confident that the Honda purchase was right for my needs and another Honda chapter! More

Josh was so helpful in asking me direct "pros" and "cons" for each vehicle I test drove. He didn't push me one way or another, just helped me through my indecisiveness. I chose the HR-V EX and although there was a small mishap locating the exact model and color I wanted, that was in no way a reflection on Josh or the dealership as a whole and they found what I wanted with a great, can't-beat price. Josh communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was very understanding. More
