I spoke with Ken and he refused to help at all because we did not buy another package from them for "protection". Pretty much everything has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. We will NEVER recommend this dealership! I hope they feel fat and happy! More

Great overall experience Overall, they convinced me to go from another dealer to here, and were able to get my vehicle in a fairly timely manner. They answered all my concerns Overall, they convinced me to go from another dealer to here, and were able to get my vehicle in a fairly timely manner. They answered all my concerns, and I walked away satisfied with my car. The only complaint I have is that when it came with financing, it felt way to rushed, and we didn't talk about financing, but took the liberty of "telling" me the loan company I was going through. This was 0.79% higher than my pre-approved loan with a local Credit Union. EDIT: I have been speaking with Matthew Schworer in regards to my concerns, and he has been really helpful, and answered my concerns. This dealership has been nothing but helpful. More

David Quach was my sales point of contact and made this a great experience. He was a pleasure to deal with. David seems to genuinely enjoy working with people and getting them into a great vehicle. I was an internet shopper to start with, and would like to thank the internet lady Melissa Selander, for her quick response and putting me in contact with David. Tari Brewer is another great person there. She was my contact for the finance side and was very thorough with the details and all of my available options.
