had car detailed 6/10/11. all was good other then the seats looked bad(worse then when I brought it in. When I arrived at my appointment (made 2 days previously on the phone) Chris told me that I had been mislead. I had been told my car would need to be left for 2 days (until Friday or Saturday). Chris told me that the repair I needed (hail damage) may not be started until Tues or Wed of the following week due to other cars already scheduled for this work. When I explained that this would be an issue for me, Chris re-evaluated the situation and said he would do his best to get my car repaired and back to me by the following Monday. This was acceptable to me. On Friday afternoon, I receieved a call from Chris saying they were able to get my car in and completed faster than anticipated. It was indeed finished in 2 days.
