I completed a car purchase at Honda North, but chose not to trade in my vehicle. After completing the sale, we talked about delivery because I did not have access to someone who could drive me back to pick to trade in my vehicle. After completing the sale, we talked about delivery because I did not have access to someone who could drive me back to pick up the car. Honda North’s suggestion was for me to take an Uber from my home approximately 1 hour away and they would split the cost (which they estimated to be $40.00 total). When I pushed back on that suggestion, I was told they did not have sufficient staff to deliver the car. An email to the General Manager did not solicit a response. Be aware that Honda North’s web page statement that delivery can be arranged, may be a bit misleading. If delivery is not an option, why does this rating page ask for an evaluation of the delivery process? More
