I bought a new car in January 2023 from Edward who was a pleasure to work with. He had a training to go to on the day I signed papers and picked up and had one of his associates help me with the sticker and pleasure to work with. He came out of his training and checked on the sticker and plate process which was over two hours and sure enough the car was ready. I came to Honda North on Saturday 3/18 looking to test drive some vehicles. When I came in the dealership was very busy. I met Cassie at the reception desk. I told her I would like to test drive some c drive some vehicles. When I came in the dealership was very busy. I met Cassie at the reception desk. I told her I would like to test drive some cars. She said, I can help you. I explained what I wanted and how I've had my car for a long time. Cassie was so nice. She explain the difference between the cars I was interested in and we got right to work. I test drove three cars that day. Cassie was very patient and took really good care of me. After seven hours I bought an car from her, I have to say, I had the best experience with Cassie and her Sales Manager Steve and the Business Manager, Stephanie Killian. My over all experience was excellent. The Sales Manager, Steve even let me bring the car home to show my fiance' the car. I have never been to a Honda dealer before and everyone in Honda North is top Notch! I didn't buy a Honda, but I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. I will definitely tell family and friends about Honda North. Cassie is the Best! Go see her! More
