Having purchased a Rav4 two weeks ago, I later found that the drivers door lock actuator wasn't functioning. We purchased a barely used Honda with minimal hassle. We probably should have explored equivalent new cars, but to Andy's defense that would have cost us more money. He was knowledgeable and friendly and got us in and out with minimal pain and stress.
