He made it easy for us to come in and deal with him. We would recommend your dealership and Pat to others. One of the best guys I have dealt with to date. Only thing that took long was the day of pick up you were very busy so it took a while. Also, please note that the pressure when we picked up our vehicle was 8-10 over the recommended PSI, which made for an awful ride till I checked it and dropped it when I got home. Would also have loved to have seen some gloss on the tires when we picked it up. I had a good experience with one of your techs whom I engaged with. Not sure his name but overall glad we are working with Honda on Grand. THX Ed Severini More

When the service ticket printed out, the price showed $69.95. The service writer crossed it off and added $10 making it $79.95. I understand it's a business and needs to make money but price gouging is ridiculous. When questioned about this, I was told it's just the price of synthetic oil nowadays. I've been told that I won't have the warranty honored if I opt to do the oil change myself, which I'm fully capable of and equipped to do. I also was told I cannot take it to an outside mechanic for the same reason. So basically I'm stuck for three more years due to the extended warranty I bought paying $80 which will likely turn to $100 because of the supposed price of synthetic oil. In short, I as the customer got the short end of the stick on both sides of the deal, buying the car and maintaining it. And then people wonder why the dealer is avoided like the plague for repair work. More
