This is a very good dealer. It was a piece of cake buying a car from them. I was afraid a lot on the prices, dealer tricks etc. But when i enquired the quote in cars.com, this dealer was the first one to res a car from them. I was afraid a lot on the prices, dealer tricks etc. But when i enquired the quote in cars.com, this dealer was the first one to respond with a quote which no one else was not even ready to match. I decided to go with this dealer, but i had a doubt if there are any hidden charges etc. I dealt with salesman Paul all along over phone. One fine day i went there and talked to paul, not even a single penny was added with out my approval. Price quote was final as provided in the begining, finance was taken care with in couple of hours, car is delivered the same day. I totally recommend this dealership, this dealership is lucky to have Paul in their team. More
I was looking for a new car for a month. I looked at several manufacturers to compare quality, price, options and to get a feel for the customer service. I made several trips to each dealership and narrowed it down to 3 choices Honda, Toyota and Haundai. Bruce made the experiance painless and enjoyable. I was in 5 times and he answered all of my questions. I took several test drives in many different models to narrow down my choice. His great customer service sold me on your dealership. I submitted a request for price quotes over the internet. Grand Honda responded quickly, included a price quote (which not all did), and offered the lowest price. The negotiations for the price were extraordinarily easy and I think the deal I got was more than fair. My experience after arriving at the dealership, however, did not complement the previous steps. After arriving, the paperwork was started (the deal had already been struck) and I was essentially left completely unattended for approximately an hour after being told the process would take no longer than that amount of time. In the end, I wasn't treated poorly, but I certainly didn't feel as though there was much thought given to my presence. For example, I wasn't even informed I could go sit near the service lobby and watch some TV while the paperwork was prepared. I was also given few-to-no updates about the process of said paperwork unless I asked for it directly. Several salespeople near where I was seated were also using semi-public computers to view content that I would deem to be extremely inappropriate for the workplace. It just gave off the air of lack of professionalism. I was surprised nobody commented on what the salesperson was viewing while on the clock and in front of other customers and management. The salesmen were also generally barbershopping and bantering, even though I saw some customers outside viewing cars. There didn't seem to be any focus at all on the customer experience either during the browsing or purchasing process. Again, I think the deal I got here was extremely good, but I can't really say anything extraordinary about the service. I've never felt as though I was just there to hand over a large sum of money as much as I did during my purchase at Honda on Grand. I've received better service when ordering a pizza at Domino's before. More
