Ivan was extremely helpful in explaining things to me about my Accord. Love the waiting room and services. The estimate for some reason only showed $45 for oil change but the bill showed $80. Go to other dealer, this one doesn't honor warranty extension even if my mechanic and autozone diagnosed my pilot's check engine light due to fuel injector. I would've given them the benefit of the dou extension even if my mechanic and autozone diagnosed my pilot's check engine light due to fuel injector. I would've given them the benefit of the doubt if not for the first person i talked to to tell me warranty extension is only up to 125k/9yrs where in fact it is 150k/10yrs and then end up saying it's something else. Shady all around. More
