Very easy to get a service appointment (could have gotten same day). Check in was smooth on day of service. Service Rep David Taub is condescending, lacks the knowledge on vehicles that he thinks he has, assumes he knows what he's talking about, but does not. On top of all this, he lacks situational awarene knowledge on vehicles that he thinks he has, assumes he knows what he's talking about, but does not. On top of all this, he lacks situational awareness to realize that maybe he should close the door behind him when he decides to do unprofessional things such as talking trash about a client to his manager. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as filing another complaint to Honda corporate about this employee. More

I arrived at my appointment time for an oil change and battery check. Sat for 1.5 hours before I checked on progress. I was told my car was just finishing. Found out later at home when I opened my email that the technician or service advisor had emailed me during my visit to say I had 2 urgent issues with my car that I needed to approve. I was sitting right there the whole time…no one spoke to me, not even when I went by their desks to check on progress. I wasn’t advised to look for an email as their way of communicating, and I do not get emails on my phone. So I felt a little frustrated by this. Never had this happen before so I wasn’t expecting that. Needless to say, I was unable to address the “critical issues.” Also my car keeps feeling like it wants to stall, and I just changed the oil, so I’m not happy about that either. More
