Scheduled oil change for 8:30am. Was told it would take "hour, hour 15 tops". After an hour 15 I went to the desk and they hadn't even looked at my car yet. The guy who was holding all the tickets (not the guy handling customers up front) was giving me attitude, making excuses, and made it seem like I was an inconvenience for bringing my car in for an oil change. Asked to speak with manager and they finally worked on my car. They said they "briefly looked at things" as part of the routine service, which I'm calling xx. Terrible experience and was surprised to be treated that way after spending $40k on a new car last year! More

Brolin so nice. But we had a maintenance agreement mentioned to him at beginning and then suspension work was found and done but not phoned in. We checked with Brolin afterwards and he said phone it in now, which I have done. Unclear if I will be successful. So it is possible 482$ of (probably) covered work under our plan / warranty may not be covered now. We have gotten good help and it has been pleasant to come to Honda there and we do plan to be back More
