Very poor communication having to do with my car having no heat. Brought it in on Tuesday, was told it would be 4 or 5 hours. Picked it up at 5, but still no heat, so I brought it right back. On Wednesday no heat. Brought it in on Tuesday, was told it would be 4 or 5 hours. Picked it up at 5, but still no heat, so I brought it right back. On Wednesday a mechanic said said the car “runs cold” and nothing more can be done. I said that it needed to have heat and that it probably needed a new thermostat. They said they would run some tests. On Thursday they ordered a thermostat, said it would be in later that day or Friday. On Friday they said the thermostat had arrived, but they were testing to make sure it worked. On Saturday, I called and they said they would call me later to let me know when I could pick it up. Five days for a new thermostat! Very poor communication each day. I called multiple times each day. More
