I arrived at the service desk at 5:00PM, one hour before closing with a window stuck in down position in sub-zero temperatures and 1 1/2 hours from home. They could have cleaned up on my emergency, but got closing with a window stuck in down position in sub-zero temperatures and 1 1/2 hours from home.
