What Lying Rip Offs!!!! I went to go buy a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, the car was listed at $8300, But when we started talking price on the car they told me that the $1100 "repair" I went to go buy a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, the car was listed at $8300, But when we started talking price on the car they told me that the $1100 "repair" cost aren't included in the price. Then they try and say but just for you we will take those costs away and sell it to you at $8300 which is sticker price! They were all very rude and nasty to us giving us nothing but attitude as the manger circled $8300 multiple times in front of us saying "that's as low as I'm going take it or leave it". What a bunch of rip offs and jokes what I am still wondering is why did a 2011, 50k miles, 1 owner clean car fax report Hyundai Sonata cost $1100 to repair? Never coming here again what a waste of my time and a bunch of lying thieves..... More

I visited Honda Universe with a cash offer within 10% of the advertised price for the 2015 Mazda 6 pictured below - I was told that the $13,698 price listed on CarGurus.com was an "internet price" but that the real price was $16,500!! They also added a $798 preperation fee and a $198 window etching fee (on a used car...it would already have it!) What a dishonest way of doing business! VERY DISSAPPOINTED!! Do not go to Honda Universe, you will not get a square deal. More

Worst Experiece Literally the worst dealership I have ever delt with will never do service there again or recommend this place to anyone. They had told me my vehicle Literally the worst dealership I have ever delt with will never do service there again or recommend this place to anyone. They had told me my vehicle was registered which it never was until 3 months later after it was totaled for 2 months so they registered a totaled vehicle. I purchased the car in July and just received the plates for it on 10/19. This dealership scams and allows people to drive unregistered vehicles. I had called many times asking why my car was never registered and no one was able to give me an answer. More

Was told that 99.00 diagnostic fee would be used to off set cost of repair if I had work done there, this was not the case. However that is not the main reason for the bad review. Since I was there I decided to get oil change which was due. After returning home noticed oil spot on driveway and check under car saw oil dripping from drain plug. I returned to Honda Universe the next day and was informed that the center who did my last oil changed had stripped my pan. I questioned service manager about this since car wasn't leaking before they did change, after some back and for the they agreed to repair pan free of charge by putting new thread insert in. two hours later got car back plug was now in crooked and still leaks. More back and forth and they redid repair, no leak. 3000 miles later I returned for next oil change, only because they were last to touch it. Now they tell me pan is completely stripped and needs to be replace but as a courtesy to me they will split the 900+ bill with me needless to say I was not happy with this resolution. After some heated words they agreed to replace pan free of charge. I will never return to this dealership. More
