I had never owned a Honda before but I had my heart set on a Civic Coupe. I was particular in that it also had to be an EX model preferably in rallye red. John McGraw spent four weeks tracking down the v on a Civic Coupe. I was particular in that it also had to be an EX model preferably in rallye red. John McGraw spent four weeks tracking down the vehicle, calling in favors and he even picked the car up himself just to make me happy. Mission accomplished! I love my new car and it suits me perfectly. John was great! If he said he would call, he called and he never tried to sway me from exactly what I wanted. We settled on a price in our initial negotiation but I didn't have anything in writing to verify that amount so I was a bit worried that something would change. When the car became available, there was no price drama or dispute when I actually signed the papers. It's nerve racking buying a car but John made it much easier. I would highly recommend Honda Univere and John McGraw. More

I came in as a first time buyer and was scared and weary about making such a huge purchase but Fred made it easy and an amazing experience.
